The fishing rodeo is the first organized social event of the year.  It provides a wonderful opportunity for relaxed interaction among all attending.

Friday Evening:  Our Lady of the Gulf Parish Community Center, on South Beach Blvd. in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi is the site for our event. This is a delightful location overlooking the gulf, just down the street from St. Stanislaus School.  The social starts a 4:30 p.m., games and Bingo are played, followed by a catered dinner and pizza. Lots of fun for all.

Saturday: Bring your own boat and fish in the area or plan for Ship Island excursion with pier or beach fishing and sightseeing -- this is coordinated by the Rodeo Committee.   Dads wishing to fish will need to purchase a Mississippi fishing license (not available at the dock or Ship Island). So bring your poles and meet us at the Harbor.  The Gulfport Yacht Harbor is located at the intersection of Hwy 90 & Hwy 49 next to Marine Life. Food is available on the island or you can bring your own. You may also wish to charter a fishing boat.  Put together your own group.  A list of charter boats and telephone number is a available through Carol Couvillion (phone: 488-2802)
